Western Geotechnical Laboratory Services (WGLS) offers a comprehensive suite of aggregate shape testing services conducted in accordance with Australian Standards and Western Australian specifications. Our shape test suite includes Flakiness Index (AS 1141.15 / WA 216.1), Particle Shape analysis at single and both ratios (AS 1141.14), Average Least Dimension for fractions above 5mm, 7mm, and 10mm (AS 1141.20 / WA 215.1), Angularity Number (AS 1141.16), and Crushed Particles Derived from Gravel (AS 1141.18) — giving engineers and project managers the data they need to specify and verify compliant aggregate for their projects.
